Muzikawi is thrilled to unveil the official music video for “Addis Qen,” showcasing the exceptional talents of Sisay Getahun alongside the renowned Zumbara band. Comprised of alumni from the prestigious Yared Music School and Mekane Yesus Jazz School (seminary), Zumbara band brings a wealth of musical prowess and experience to this captivating work.
Though the band no longer performs together, its members continue to thrive as dedicated musicians, contributing to various renowned bands, churches, and musical projects. “Addis Qen” serves as their inaugural collaborative effort, embodying themes of hope and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.
Under the musical direction of Henok Mehari, the band collectively crafted the composition, infusing it with their unique blend of talent and passion. The meticulous mixing and mastering were expertly handled by Kirubel Tesfaye, ensuring a captivating auditory experience.
